Our solutions
- PDI – We offer the most robust insurance policy compared to any of our competitors because we include terrorism. When tied to a lease or a loan, our policies can be written for the life of the lease of the loan up to 60 months.
- ESC – We offer a comprehensive Extended Service Contract (ESC) with no deductible. Arclight is unique with our claims handling for ESC because we ask to be contacted when the equipment is brought to the dealership prior to any work being done. The request for repair is set up at that time making payment to the dealer quicker. If there is a supply chain issue and a part cannot be received for a period of time, we are able to pay for labor along the way enabling the dealer to recoup those costs earlier rather than waiting until the entire repair is completed.
